Visitation Thursday May 20th 5-7 at the funeral home. Funeral Friday May 21, 2021 11:00 am at First Missionary Baptist Church 301 Fairview Drive. Interment Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. He is survived by children, Derrick and Nicole Williams, mother, Mary Otey, sister, Keisha Clay and brother, Fredrick Otey.
