Donald Walgate

Donald Edward Walgate was born on July 2, 1963 in Buffalo, New York to the union of William Walgate and Mary Jo Glenn. He departed this life on Monday, February 27, 2023 at his residence in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Donald graduated from High School and enlisted in the United States Army. He served his country from 1982 to 1992, during Operation Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia. He received a National Defense Service Medal, three Bronze Stars, and an Honorable Discharge.

Donald loved cars and while in the Army, he chose to be a mechanic. After his serves he continued to work with his God given talent as a mechanic, until his retirement. Donald enjoyed working on cars, Nascar, and spending time with family and friends.

Donald proved throughout his life to be a good man, father, husband, brother, and grandfather. He is now joined at peace and reunited with his beautiful wife, watching over their family.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories his children, Kevin and Kimberly, stepdaughter, Kayla, Grandchildren, Summer, Trai, and Elaina, brothers, Billy, Jerry, sisters, Patti (Tracy) Parkins, Penni (Phil) Jestic, Tina Walgate-Harrison, Diana (Augustine) LaBarge.
