Passed away July 11th 2022 at his residence. Survived by his devoted wife Carol J. Garrett (Ramey) daughters Tara Garrett-Maddox, (Mark Maddox) Lenore Meriweather & Denise Burney. Funeral Monday, July 18, 2022, 12:00 noon at Hooker Funeral Home. Burial in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, Ky.
