Marie D Jordan

Marie Diane Jordan was born on April 14, 1954, to Henry Davis and Lula Hopkin in Christian County, Kentucky. Marie peacefully transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday June 18, 2024. at the Ahava Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee

 Marie accepted Christ at an early age at Cedar Bluff Church in Christian County and later untied with St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Clarksville, Tennessee. 

 Marie attended school in Christian County, Kentucky and received her diploma through Job Corp.

 On March 27, 1976, Marie married Mr. Robert L Jordan Sr. They were blessed with three children and shared 24 years together until Lord called him home.

Marie was employed by Frigidaire in Springfield, Tn she also was a great babysitter for a number of years. 

Marie enjoyed her daily walks, playing card games, and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoyed riding around taking in the sights. However, nothing compared to the time she would spend with her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.

 In addition to her parents and husband. Marie was preceded in death by her brother, Jessie Allen and sisters, Irene Allen and Georgia Mae Barker.

Those left to cherish her memories are her sons; Robert L (Jennifer) Jordan Jr. Vancouver, WA and Anthony (Natisha) Jordan Clarksville, Tn; daughter, Marquitta Jordan Killeen, Tx. sister Mary F Kilgore Guthrie, Ky. Grandchildren- LaKeisha Jordan, Killeen, Tx, Xavier Jordan Northington Los Angeles, CA, Darius (Annette) Moore, Christapha Love, Bokeem Love, Alexis Jordan, Anthony Jordan Jr., Amarion Jordan, Klarissa Jordan, Robert Jordan III, great-grandchildren- Aeris Jordan, Aria Moore, Darius Moore Jr., Julieanna Cater, Kyle Thompson. Longtime companion Mr. Robert Lewis and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
